Cabin Fever Epoxy
Durable, showroom-grade flooring built to handle daily wear and heavy loads.

Most peel-and-stick or single-coat garage floors fail within a few seasons. Mint Garage installs a multi-layer polyaspartic and epoxy system that is professionally prepped, applied, and sealed — built to hold up to the same abuse as the vehicles parked on top of it.
Every flooring project begins with an assessment of the existing concrete and any previous coating. The installation plan identifies the surface preparation and repairs needed for the selected system before a finish is applied.
The selected flooring system is installed in coordinated layers, which may include an epoxy base, decorative colour chips, and a protective topcoat. Your quote identifies the proposed materials and finish for your garage.
The materials below are part of the Mint Garage flooring system. When you book a flooring installation, your designer specifies the colour and chip combination that suits your space.
Chip blends range from neutral greys and warm tones to high-contrast mixes. Your designer walks you through samples during the consultation so you know exactly what the finished floor looks like before installation begins. The topcoat sheen can be adjusted — from satin to gloss — depending on how you want the space to read.
The schedule depends on the garage size, concrete condition, repairs, and selected coating system. Before work begins, we confirm how the space should be cleared, the installation sequence, and when the finished floor can return to normal use.
The floor is the foundation — but it reads best when the rest of the room is finished to the same level. Pairing an epoxy floor with coordinated cabinetry, slatwall, and LED lighting is how a garage stops looking like a utility space and starts looking like a room.
A calm, transparent process from first conversation to finished room.
We review your garage's concrete condition, existing coatings, and how you use the space to determine the right prep approach and coating system.
Your designer presents chip blend samples and topcoat options so you can choose the combination that fits the look you want.
The crew grinds the concrete, applies the epoxy base and chip broadcast, then seals the surface with a polyaspartic topcoat. You receive a cure schedule before we leave.
One garage-focused team plans the layout, coordinates the products, and completes the installation to a single standard.
Diamond grinding and crack filling before any coating is applied — the step that determines whether the floor lasts.
Epoxy base, colour chip broadcast, and a polyaspartic topcoat applied in sequence for durability and finish consistency.
Polyaspartic topcoats resist oil, road salt, household chemicals, and yellowing better than standard single-layer epoxy.

The flooring installation can be completed on its own or as part of a full garage renovation that includes cabinetry, storage, and lighting.

Ask a questionTiming depends on the garage size, concrete condition, required repairs, and selected coating system. We confirm the project schedule and cure requirements before installation begins.
Polyaspartic topcoats cure significantly faster than traditional epoxy. We provide a specific cure window before we leave so you know exactly when the floor is ready for vehicle traffic.
It depends on the condition and adhesion of the existing coating. During the assessment we test the surface and advise whether the existing layer needs to be fully removed or can be prepared and overcoated.
Mint Garage offers a range of chip blends from neutral greys to warmer and higher-contrast mixes. Your designer brings samples to the consultation so you can choose under your garage's actual lighting conditions.
Yes — vehicles, storage items, and shelving need to be cleared from the space before the crew arrives. We confirm what the access requirements are during the booking process.
